Open Fitness Swim is a self-paced swimming program (no swim instruction is provided during these hours). Open fitness swimming provides pool time for individuals seeking to improve/maintain their swimming abilities as well as non-instructed lap swimming. Programs are offered to any individual 14 years of age and older.
