Test your body composition using skin fold, hydrostatic bioelectric impedance. Skinfold measurement is a technique to estimate how much fat is on the body using a caliper to gather the skin and underlying fat. 

This course falls under the Personal, Social, Civic, and Environmental Responsibility Institutional Level Outcome (ILO).

Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
  • Accurately measure body composition using hydrostatic bioelectric impedance.
  • Interpret body composition results and provide meaningful insights.
  • Interpret skinfold measurement results and provide meaningful insights.
