Participants in this interactive workshop will be introduced to the herbal supplements industry and the products they sell.  Participants will also be introduced to the various health benefits and common mistakes involving medicinal plants and supplements advertised and sold in stores and the internet.  Participants in this class will also learn the history and scope of medicinal plants, and will also learn how some of these products have been used historically to combat common health problems such as : Acne, Arthritis, Bladder infections, Constipation, Diabetes, Eczema, Fatigue, Gout, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Indigestion, etc.
