By participating in this comprehensive course, you'll acquire the knowledge and tools necessary to pass the Notary exam and practice as a highly effective Notary. In addition to providing you with two practice tests, the course concludes with the official Notary exam, ensuring that you're fully prepared to embark on your exciting new career journey.

Materials fee covers the Seminar sourcebook, Proof of Completion, study printouts and Notary application.
 
Optional: Study before your seminar and prepare for the Official exam on the instructors website. Study materials include presentations, practice exams and study guides. After registering with Mt. Bring the following items to take the exam:

1. Proper ID, which may be one of the following:
   • State-issued Driver’s license or ID card
   • Canadian or Mexican Driver’s license
   • U.S. passport or a passport issued by a foreign government
   • U.S. military ID card
2. 2 x 2 color passport photo
3. Check or money order for exam payable to the Secretary of State $40, retake fee $20. This fee is in addition to the class fee.
4. #2 pencil

Must be 18+ years of age. Livescan fingerprints are required to become a notary. Serious Convictions may disqualify applicants. Due to State regulations, no one will be admitted to the classroom after 8:15 a.m. You must return from breaks on time.

This course falls under the Communication, Critical Thinking, Information, and Personal, Social, Civic & Environmental Responsibility Institutional Level Outcome (ILO).

Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of Notary law, learning how to witness signatures on official documents in compliance with legal requirements. They will acquire the skills necessary to perform notarial acts accurately and effectively, meeting the demands of various industries such as real estate, legal, medical, and banking.
