Learn to create beautiful, fragrant candles in this hands-on workshop! Explore different candle types, molds, colors, and scents while making your own unique designs. Perfect for beginners and hobbyists alike—leave with finished candles and the skills to continue at home! (Class is hands on; please dress accordingly.) **Students between 15-17 years of age must have a parent or guardian accompany them to class to sign a waiver form. Material Fee: $35 (Pay directly to instructor on first day of class.)

This course falls under the Personal, Social, Civic, and Environmental Responsibility Institutional Level Outcomes (ILOs). 
 
Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
  • Create a variety of unique and fragrant candles.
  • Apply candle-making techniques independently.
  • Source materials and supplies for candle making.
