The Exercise Science Wellness Center offers a variety of activities for all fitness levels. No previous experience is required to attend. We offer individual and group training activities , weight training machines, cable machines, TRX suspension, Dumbbells, and Cardiovascular machines to establish a healthy lifestyle.
 
This course falls under the Personal, Social, Civic, and Environmental Responsibility Institutional Level Outcome (ILO).
 
                Upon successful completion of the class, students will be able to:
  1. Learn scientific principles of exercise and physical conditioning, techniques of strength training, and methods appropriate to establishing healthy behavior.
  2. Build muscle and increase strength, by using weight training machines, cables, TRX suspension, or Dumbbells
  3. Improve overall cardiovascular health by slowly progressing to different levels of cardiovascular activities like walking, jogging, cycling or attending a Group Fitness Class.
